eNRG Kayaking requires advanced reservations for all our rentals / ladies night/ family nights. Full payment is required to make these reservations, and we will reschedule you with no fees up to 24 hours in advance. We will offer a refund less a 15% cancellation fee for reservations more than 72 hours out.
Same day cancelations forfeit the reservation fee.

We will reschedule your trip for free up to 48 hours prior to the booking for all special events, and tours. We will refund your spot for cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event less a 15% cancelation fee. No credit will be given with less than 48 hours notice of cancelation special events, and tours.

Membership / monthly programs require full participation, and missed sessions are forfeited by the participant.

For all instruction cancelled less than 7 days out, total program fee is forfeited. If cancellation is more 7 days out, it is subject to a 25% cancellation fee or a voucher for full credit.

Camps canceled more than 21 days prior are subject to a 25% cancelation fee, and cancellations occurring less than 21 days are non-refundable. We do not prorate tuition for days missed due to illness, or injury, or inappropriate behavior / creating an unsafe environment for the camp. eNRG Kayaking reserves the right to postpone or cancel any trip due to inclement weather, under enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances and will issue a full credit in this instance.
