Celebrate the arrival of spring in Washington DC with this exclusive 2 hour guided bike tour, created specifically for the famous National Cherry Blossom Festival. Come see the natural beauty of our nation’s capital at its peak, and bike the sea of pink and white blossoms that surround the Potomac Tidal Basin to East Potomac Park and beyond.

Follow your guide past gorgeous cherry trees that surround the Tidal Basin and East Potomac Park, home to famous landmarks including the Jefferson Memorial, Martin Luther King, Jr Memorial and Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial. You’ll learn about the history of this festival and stop for photo opportunities along the way.

The Cherry Blossoms by Bike Tour begins in mid-March and ends in mid-April (weather permitting, please see calendar for live availability).

Duration

2 hours

This guided tour takes about 2 hours, including various stops near essential attractions while our guides provide in-depth narration and stop for photo opportunities at famous sights and hidden gems throughout the tour.

Departure times: 10am or 2:30pm

For guests with children that require attachments, we recommend the 10AM timeslot.

Ages & Requirements

• Riders ages 16+ may select an eBike at checkout.
• All guests must be able to ride their own bike, unless on an attachment or trailer.
• No customer under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
• Attachments such as double trailers and tag-a-long bikes are available. Customers must be at least 12 months old and no taller than 4 feet.
• For your safety and the safety of the group, all tour participants are required to wear the provided helmets for the duration of the tour
