Do I need a reservation to rent a bike?
No, reservations are not required but are strongly recommended. Reserved gear is pre-sized, pre-teched, and ready to go, making pickup much faster with their Grab & Go process.
Note: Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed.
What types of bikes do you rent?
We offer a wide selection including electric bikes, comfort cruisers, front and full suspension mountain bikes, road bikes, and junior bikes.
What is included in the rental?
Standard rentals include a properly sized bike, and for Vail Pass Bike Tours, your rental also includes transportation to the top of the pass, a helmet, and bottle of water.
Can I pick up the bike at one location and return it to another?
Yes! You can rent from one location and return to any other Charter Sports location in Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Copper, or Breckenridge.
Is the rental suitable for kids and families?
Absolutely. We have a full range of junior bikes, trailers, and tag-a-longs, making it ideal for family outings and riders of all ages.
What are your operating hours?
We’re open daily from 8 AM to 7 PM in winter and 9 AM to 6 PM in summer.
