72 Hour Kayak, Canoe, & SUP Rental in Colorado Springs
This 72-hour rental covers three full days with a kayak, canoe, or SUP — enough time for a longer weekend or a multi-day paddling trip without having to rush the return.
Renters have taken this gear as far as Lake Powell and the Boundary Waters, so pick your craft — a single or tandem kayak, a canoe, or a paddleboard — and plan accordingly for wherever your trip takes you. Closer to home, three days is enough time to base out of Rampart Reservoir or the North Slope reservoirs on Pikes Peak for an extended weekend of paddling and camping.

- 72-hour rental, covering three full rental days from your pickup time (for example, a 3pm Friday pickup is due back by 3pm Monday)

- This is a retail shop, not a lakeside outfitter — you'll need to transport your kayak, canoe, or SUP to the water yourself; the closest paddleable lake is about 6 miles from the shop
- Optional car-top carriers are available to rent if you need help transporting your boat
- Pickup and return are available anytime during store hours; a fee applies for after-hours drop-off or gear left outside

Can I keep gear overnight or take it on a trip?
Yes — renters have taken gear as far as Lake Powell and the Boundary Waters. Just make sure you book a rental length that covers your whole trip, since this half-day rental is meant for same-day use.
What does a "72-hour" rental cover?
Your rental runs three full 24-hour days from the moment you pick up your gear — for example, a 3pm Friday pickup is due back by 3pm Monday.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and schedule changes happen. So if you need to cancel your reservation, we will not charge you if made with enough notice (see below).
* Rental fees are fully refunded if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of pick –up.
* No refund will be given if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
