• All Participants Must Read, Understand, and Sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk by Customer' Before Participating in the Activity.
• Riders Must Adhere to All Traffic Laws.
• Anyone Suspected of Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol Will Not be Permitted to Rent or Ride.
• The Company Reserves the Right to Deny Services to Anyone for Any Reason.

Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation, Reschedule, Refund Policy:

Any and all approved cancellations not due to severe weather will have a transferable gift card issued.

Cancellations, reschedules, refunds are at the Company's discretion.

Reschedules are dependent on tour availability and capacity - rescheduling is at the Company’s discretion.

If you or your party members cannot or refuse to participate in the bike rental activity for any reason, neither a refund nor a gift card will not be issued.

If the Company cancels/reschedules the bike rental due to safety concerns, and your schedule does not allow for a new tour time, you will be offered a transferable gift card or refund.

Please ensure that you and all members of your party can safely and confidently ride a bicycle before arriving for your rental. If any rider does not possess sufficient riding skills to safely participate on the tour, that individual will not be allowed to depart on a rental bike - neither a refund nor gift card will be issued.
Cancellation Policy, Severe Weather:
- Cancellations and reschedules due to severe weather are at the discretion of the Company.
- In the event of severe weather, we will contact you via text message or email One Hour before the scheduled departure time to adjust the departure time or reschedule your bike rental.
- If the Company cancels/reschedules the bike rental due to safety concerns, and your schedule does not allow for a new rental time, you will be offered a transferable gift card or refund.
