Yes, we allow you to ride with your pets on our vessels. However, you should take responsibility for them at all times. Kindly give us a call after booking!

Yes! Kayaking and paddleboarding on Lake Ivanhoe are suitable for beginners. We will gladly assist you and give you comprehensive lessons before letting you go.

Are we able to spot wildlife on Lake Ivanhoe?

Yes! Lake Ivanhoe also has rich aquatic life. You may encounter otters, fish, turtles, and birds in their natural habitat. The lake is also gator-free!

Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. In the case of inclement weather, we will first try to reschedule. If a reschedule is not available, customers are eligible to receive a full refund or credit for operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to accommodate all guests, however we cannot hold tours for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given due to guests being late for a tour or rental, or going to the incorrect location from the one displayed on the confirmation details. No-shows will be charged the full price and not eligible for refunds.
