Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations:

Guests may cancel by phone with at least 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future Captain Stewy’s Charter trip, valid for up to one year. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up will result in no refund or credit.

Operator Cancellations or Changes:

Captain Stewy’s Charters may cancel or adjust trips due to poor weather, rough sea conditions, or mechanical issues. If the trip is canceled by the operator, guests will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at booking to receive timely updates.
