Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals – Drake Park Delivery
Ready to paddle, sip, and soak up the best of Bend? We’ll bring your kayak or paddleboard right to the dock by the footbridge in Drake Park, so all you have to do is show up and paddle. Since there’s no parking at the put-in, we recommend parking downtown and walking across the river to meet us.
From there, you can enjoy a scenic paddle through Drake Park to the base of the whitewater park and back, or explore the calm waters of Mirror Pond down to Brooks Park before making your way upstream again.
After your paddle, relax on the grass with a craft beer and lunch overlooking Mirror Pond at Bend Brewing Company, or grab a coffee or brew at The Commons Café. With downtown Bend just steps across the footbridge, you’ll have plenty of great spots to choose from.

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are only allowed for kayak rentals. No furry friends for Paddle Board rentals.
Can beginners kayak and paddleboard on the Deschutes River?
Yes! Deschutes River kayak & SUP rentals are beginner-friendly. The Deschutes River in Bend offers calm sections perfect for beginners and families looking for a relaxing paddle.
Is shuttle service included in my rental?
No, we do not provide a shuttle. At this location, the water is calm enough to paddle upstream. Alternatively, you you can look into the public shuttle, if you want to arrange your own transport upstream.
Cancellation Policy
Booking starts at the delivery time of the reservation and ends with your gear needing to be picked up at the curb 3.5 hours later. Late arrival will result in a forfeit of your booking and will not change the duration of the reservation as we will have later reservations, please remember that you are responsible for being on time. All bookings can be changed, schedule dependent, or cancelled with an email in the thread of the reservation confirmation for a full refund (minus credit card and booking fees) up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. No refunds for cancellations past 24 hours prior to appointments because we have then confirmed staffing and turned others away. Thank you for understanding!
