Description
Weekend Bike Rental in Downtown Napa
Two days in Napa on a bike is a proper weekend. Day one, take the Vine Trail north from Downtown Napa through the Rail Arts District and into the Oak Knoll District — stop at Trefethen or Domaine Chandon for a tasting, then push on into Yountville for lunch and an afternoon ride before returning to the city at your own pace. Day two, do something completely different: head to the Riverfront, explore the Oxbow Market neighborhood on two wheels, or take a longer push north toward the Oakville corridor.
The 2-Day Rental means no rushing, no schedule, and a bike waiting for you both mornings. Pick up a comfort cruiser, upgrade to a pedal-assist e-bike — it earns its keep over two days, opening up the full stretch from Napa to Yountville and back with energy to spare — or rent a road bike for a faster, more ambitious ride on the valley's quieter country roads. Bikes are returned by closing on the second day.
Duration
2 days. Pick up on day one during shop hours; return by shop closing on day two.

Can I return to a different shop location?
Yes — point-to-point rides are available across all three locations. A $20-per-bike Relocation Fee applies when you return to a different shop from where you started. The three locations are:
- Downtown Napa — 1275 McKinstry Street, Napa, CA 94559
- Yountville — 6500 Washington Street, Yountville, CA 94599
- St. Helena — 2800 Main Street, St. Helena, CA 94574 (at Charles Krug Winery)
Note that there is no Calistoga location; the St. Helena shop is the closest (8 miles south of Calistoga). Shuttles and bike retrieval services are not offered.
Do I need to book in advance?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak season (May–October) and on weekends. Inventory is limited and the shop's rental fleet is frequently fully booked on busy days.
How should I plan my two days riding from Downtown Napa?
Day one suggestion: ride north on the Vine Trail through the Rail Arts District, Oak Knoll District, and all the way to Yountville (9 miles / 14 km). Stop for lunch in Yountville and visit a winery on the way back. Day two suggestion: explore south toward Kennedy Park and the Napa Riverfront, then spend the afternoon riding through the Oxbow Market neighborhood and the city center. If you'd rather venture further, a $20-per-bike Relocation Fee lets you return the bikes at the Yountville shop on day one and pick up fresh ones in Napa on day two — ask the shop about logistics when booking.
