Cancellations, Reschedules, Late Arrivals & Returns, Weather and Refund Policies:

• Bicycle Tour & Bicycle Rental reservations slots are limited.
  A small business like ours cannot absorb the costs of short notice cancellations, short notice rescheduling requests or 'no show' riders.

• Tour & Rental cancellations and/or rescheduling requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

• Cancellations and/or reschedules inside 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or activity rescheduling.

• Any and all approved cancellations will have a transferable gift card issued.

• Outside of 48 hours - Reschedules are dependent on tour/rental availability & capacity.

• No shows will receive neither a gift card nor a refund.

• Late arrivals (tours): once the tour embarks from our starting point on the street corner near the shop - reschedules, gifts cards, and/or refunds will not be issued.

• Late arrivals (rentals): this usually is not an issue unless it's peak season like Jazz Fest, Halloween, etc. or if we have multiple rentals relying on precise pickup & return times. Please inform the shop via email or phone call that you will be late; a Company rep will relay info if your late arrival is going to be problematic.

• Cancellations & reschedules are at the Company's discretion.

Weather Policy:

• Please do not contact us about the weather forecast; forecasts are for a general area and not necessarily for your specific location. Meteorologists are more often wrong than they are right.

• We've been rolling New Orleans Bike Tours & Rentals for more than a decade - we are really good at determining if the weather is going to present an issue.

• In the event of severe weather, e.g. a lightning storm, sustained high winds, etc. - we will contact you via text message, email or phone call One Hour before the scheduled departure time to adjust the departure time or reschedule the tour.

• If you or your party members decline to participate due to weather conditions deemed acceptable by the Company, neither a refund nor a gift card will be issued.

• If the Company cancels/reschedules the tour due to severe weather, and your schedule does not allow for a new tour time, you will be offered a transferable gift card or refund.

• Pedal Bike Tours roll rain or shine with exceptions for severe weather.

• Electric Bike Tours are dependent on the weather radar. The Company will make the determination.
• In the event of wet conditions, complimentary ponchos are provided free of charge.

Bike Rental departures are not allowed while rain is falling. When there is a break in the rain and the weather is determined to be suitable for departure, a Company rep will green light your departure.

• If you or your party members decline to participate due to weather conditions deemed acceptable by the Company, neither a refund nor a gift card will be issued.

Bicycle Riding Ability & Refusal to Participate:

• Please ensure that you and all members of your party can safely and confidently ride a bicycle before arriving for your bike tour or bike rental.

• If any rider does not possess sufficient riding skills to safely ride a bike, that individual will not be allowed to attend the tour; neither a refund nor gift card will be issued. Sufficient skill level will be determined by a Company representative.

• If you or your party members cannot or refuse to participate on the bike tour or bike rental for any reason, neither a refund nor a gift card will not be issued.
