Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Hawaii is a chain of 8 islands. Please check your location and make sure you are booking on the right island. If you are a no-show due to booking on the wrong island you will be responsible for the full price of the ticket.

Our guaranteed whale and manta sightings are available to those who book direct with Ocean Encounters and some 3rd party bookings. Check your tickets to see if they qualify for a free return trip. Our guarantee is that you can rebook again for free. That offer is valid for the next two years. In no way do we offer refunds should the wildlife not cooperate

It is your responsibility to make sure in advance you are physically capable of participating in this excursion. BASIC SWIMMING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED to participate in the snorkeling activities. As we do provide some flotation devices, you may need to provide your own snorkeling vest should you need extra flotation assistance.. Adults will need to provide any extra flotation help for their children, such as a snorkeling vest, if they wish to participate in the snorkeling activities should they need this extra flotation assistance. Our boats are NOT wheelchair accessible. Our tours require some physical ability. You will need to be able to board and unboard the boat. We do not have ramps to board our boats. You will need to be able to get off the swim step and ladder if snorkeling. If you have any physical limitations that limit your ability to board/unboard the boat or take part in this excursion, there will not be a refund issued outside of the standard 48 hour cancelation policy.
