Catamount Mountain Resort Day Ski or Snowboard Trip
How many people can say they hit the slopes in two states in one day? Straddling the New York and Massachusetts border Catamount is a hidden gem among the numerous ski areas of the northeast.
Boasting 1,000 vertical feet of fun and offering some of the most varied terrain in Southern New England, Catamount is a perfect destination for skiers and snowboarders of all levels looking for something a little less cookie-cutter.
For those that might think that a ski resort in the Berkshires can't possibly have challenging terrain, think again. Ripper and Catapult, Catamount's signature double black diamond rated trails are as steep as anything in the Catskills or Vermont. Both have hair-raisingly steep sustained pitches of nearly 600 vertical feet that'll be sure to test your mettle.
Those looking for a more mellow day on the slopes need not be afraid. Catamount boasts 35% green and 45% blue square trails including the Snow Sports Learning Area for 1st timers and beginners. Ridge Run to Upper and Lower Promenade is the longest green run in the Berkshires at a whopping 2 miles and is great for honing those skills.

Catamount Day Trip Bus Times
Bus departs Catamount Mountain Resort at 4:30 pm and arrives in NYC between 7-8pm. Any quoted return times are estimates and can vary due to road conditions, traffic, as well as other factors.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your trip, please contact us here, or by email at info@ovrride.com.
For Winter 2023, OvRride is offering Flexible Cancellation. If you need to cancel your day trip, OvRride requires 10 days' notice from the departure date of the trip. This notice must written as an email from the person who made the reservation. No phone calls or other forms of contact via social media, word of mouth, etc. can be honored. Cancellations with sufficient notice will be issued a full refund, or can move the reservation to another day/trip.
Winter 2023 reservations to Catamount Mountain Resort will also include Trip Assurance. In the event you cancel within 10 days of the departure date, you can move your reservation to another day/trip as long as you let us know, in writing, up to one day before the date of the trip.
If you miss the bus for a day trip to Catamount Mountain Resort and/or haven’t given written warning at least one day in advance, you will be refunded all but $99.95- This accounts for the cost of your bus seat.
