Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Please see the refund schedule below.
If a customer requests a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the tour start time the following reductions in refund will apply:
36-47 hours = 80% refund
24-36 hours = 75% refund
12-24 hours = 50% refund
00-11 hours = no refund*
Company Cancellation Policy
Globe Trekkers Tours, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather, driver availbility, or mechanical / safety concerns. If Globe Trekkers Tours does cancel a tour, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued. The customer also has the right to request a rescheduled tour for another date if there is availability or a credit that can be applied to any future tour.
*Globe Trekkers Tours may issue a partial refund if the it feels the customer situation warrants it. This will be decided on a case by case basis.
** Large Group Tours require a non-refundable 10% deposit.
