About
Leave winter’s blast behind, grab your binoculars, swimsuit, and yoga mats then head to Central Florida for a week of serious birding, playful paddles, and sunrise yoga.
Each day includes a short passenger-van drive to one of many aquatic habitats — swamps, bayous, estuaries, rivers, and springs. The main activity is paddling, but we also take time to kayak, hike, swim, and snorkel. The pace throughout is relaxed enough for plenty of birding, sightseeing, nature walks, and just sitting back and reflecting. Enjoy a different paddling experience every day and return each night to the comfort of your cabin, where the trip leaders prepare all your meals.
What's Included:
Meals, lodging, kayaks, paddling gear, permits, all ground van support, yoga classes, and two local Adventures in Florida guides. We also have canoes and paddle boards for those interested.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $450 USD per person confirms your space on Lodge Based Tours. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip. Total payment is required to reserve a spot on any day trip. Special conditions will apply for bookings made within 30 days of a trip departure – call us for details.
Registration
Once your deposit has been received, Guests will receive a confirmation email with a link to required paperwork. Paperwork must be filled out completely and mailed back to us with a check for final payment no less than 60 days prior to the tour date.
Cancellations
EXPEDITIONS AND LODGE BASED TOURS: All cancellations must be received in writing. All monies received 60 days or less prior to trip departure are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to trip departure, a full refund minus your deposit will be issued. DEPOSITS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE.
