Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. You must let us know 48 hours before your scheduled tour time if you have any changes. Cancelling within the 48-hour window, we will charge in full. We value our staff and the time they set aside to give you an amazing adventure. If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, we will first try to reschedule your tour while you are still in Arizona. If this cannot be accommodated, we will then issue a full refund. Weather cancellation decisions are made on the morning of the tour. We strive for a 2-hour notice with weather cancellations. Please note the tour will not be canceled due to light rain and wind conditions. If lightning is present, we will call the tour off.

We are not responsible for providing clothing and personal items that may make our ever-changing weather conditions more comfortable for you. So please keep an eye on the weather prior to your departure to the Sonoran Desert! We want you to be prepared for this unforgettable adventure!

Cancellation requests due to not having proper clothing, or other personal items will be CHARGED IN FULL.

Any cancellations due to circumstances that can provide a cancellation confirmation number (i.e. flight cancellations, screenshots of flight delays) will be refunded, in full, upon receipt of those confirmation numbers.**
