At Waterman's, Landing safety comes first! We do not allow any watercraft to enter the water when there are signs and/or warnings of high winds, lightning, and thunder, from NOAA's National Weather Service.

Management actively monitors the weather, and if the radar suggests heavy rains or storms, we will let you know if we have to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions.

For Bookings that must be canceled due to weather conditions, Tahoe Waterman will offer to reschedule at no cost or offer full credit for a future experience with Tahoe Waterman. If the customer prefers a cash refund, a 20% fee will apply.

Date change, cancellation, and refund policy for 20% surcharge (based on the cost) will be due for the date change and cancelation up to 48 hours prior to the reservation day; no refund or credit will be granted for cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation or program or for no shows.

Refund Policy for experience and guiding services

A full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, is available up to 30 days before the experience. Partial credit of 50% of the total cost of the experience is available from 30 to 7 days before the trip. No refund nor credit will be granted for cancellation within a week (7 days) of the reservation or program or for no-shows. TW reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust a reservation due to dangerous weather conditions. If a reservation must be canceled due to weather, Tahoe Waterman will offer to reschedule at no cost or a full credit for a future experience with Tahoe Waterman. If the customer prefers a cash refund, a 20% fee will apply. If a customer(s)/group(s) is a NO SHOW without contacting management before an activity, no refund will be issued.

Contact us by EMAIL ONLY to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Remember that No-shows will be charged the full price. We do not prorate for unused time or unused equipment on rental reservations. Equipment utilized for longer than reserved time will be billed on a 15-minute basis.
